Questions
Do I use my own carrier accounts?
Yes. Connect your UPS and FedEx accounts to ship at your own rates, or sign in with Shippo to use USPS and the other carriers on your Shippo account. On the Freight plan, connect Estes for LTL freight. Carriers and Shippo bill you directly for postage.
Can one product ship in several boxes?
Yes. Give the product one box per part and every unit ships in all of them, each with its own weight and label. You can also set a limit per box, alternative box sizes and shared boxes.
Does Parcello show shipping rates at checkout?
Yes, on the Advanced plan and the plans above it. Parcello packs the cart with your box rules and quotes it on your carrier accounts. Your Shopify plan must also support third-party calculated shipping rates.
How much does it cost?
Pro is $8 per month. Advanced, with live checkout rates, is $28. Operations, with batch label buying and automation, is $89. Freight, with Estes LTL freight, is $149. Every plan starts with a 60-day free trial and is billed through Shopify.
Does it work with orders I fulfill outside Parcello?
Yes. Fulfillments from a 3PL or added by hand in Shopify show on Parcello's Tracking page, and Parcello leaves those items off your boxes.
