How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 60-day free trial. You choose a plan when you install Parcello from the Shopify App Store, and Shopify starts billing when the trial ends.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The plan price appears on your Shopify invoice, and you can change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin.
Is postage included?
No. You ship on your own carrier accounts or your Shippo account, and they bill you directly for labels. Parcello's price stays the same however many labels you print.
Which plan do I need for rates at checkout?
Advanced, or a plan above it. Your Shopify plan must also support third-party calculated shipping rates. Pro works on any Shopify plan.
Which plan do I need to buy labels for many orders at once?
Operations. Printing labels and packing slips and fulfilling orders in batches work on every plan. Buying labels for a batch, pick lists, order presets, shipping rules and UPS, FedEx and USPS pickups are on Operations and Freight.
Which plan do I need for LTL freight?
Freight. It adds Estes rates at checkout, bills of lading and freight pickups. On any plan, connecting Estes gives you live tracking for your Estes shipments.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change your plan from Parcello's plan page in your Shopify admin. Each plan includes everything in the plans below it.
