Oversize products don't have to leave Shopify. On the Freight plan, Parcello quotes LTL freight on your Estes account at checkout, creates the bill of lading, books the pickup and tracks the PRO number.

Freight quotes at checkout
Products assigned to Estes, and boxes too large for parcel carriers, are rated as freight. Customers see the Estes service levels you choose, including guaranteed delivery, with your margins and delivery options like liftgate and residential delivery.
Parcel and freight in one rate
Choose whether parcel items in the same order ride with the freight shipment or ship on their own. Either way the customer sees one shipping rate, and Parcello packs the order the way it quoted it.
Bills of lading on your Estes account
Set the destination type, delivery options and notes for the driver, review everything on one screen, and create the bill of lading. Estes assigns the PRO number and returns the bill of lading and a label for each piece.
Full value coverage is your choice for each shipment, and its cost shows before you create the bill of lading.
Pickups
Book an Estes pickup from the order, or one pickup for everything leaving a location that day from the Pickups card on the Orders page. If Estes rejects a pickup request, Estes emails you.
Tracking on every plan
Connect Estes on any plan and its PRO numbers get live status on the Tracking page, along with shipments from Estes Forwarding Worldwide.
What you need
Estes rates at checkout, bills of lading and freight pickups are part of the Freight plan, $149 per month. Bills of lading and pickups are for shipments within the United States. Rates at checkout also need a Shopify plan that allows third-party calculated shipping rates.
Questions
Do I need my own Estes account?
Yes. You connect it with your MyEstes username and password and your Estes account number. Quotes use your account's pricing.
Is freight coverage included?
Full value coverage is optional. Tick it on a shipment, or set it as your default, and its cost shows in the quote before you create the bill of lading.
Can Parcello book freight with other carriers?
Estes is the freight carrier Parcello connects to today. On the Freight plan, ask us about adding the freight carrier you use.
