Ship a day's orders in one batch

Select orders on the Orders page and click Open in batch. On any plan you can print the labels of every order in one step, print their packing slips, and fulfill the orders that are ready with their tracking numbers.

Get rates and buy labels for every order in the batch, a few at a time. Orders that need you first, like an address the carrier wants to correct or an unfinished customs form, are left for you to open.

Print a pick list for the batch: how many of each product to pull at each location, the boxes to set out, and what goes in each box of each order. Items that aren't in a box yet are listed apart.

Save a batch under a name and reopen it later with the same orders.

A preset sets the carrier and service, shipping insurance on Shippo labels, the carrier's shipping emails to the customer, and the packing slip's billing address and message.

Apply a preset to a batch by hand, or automatically when an order comes in and matches your conditions: the destination, the subtotal or weight, product tags, collections, SKUs, customer or order tags, or the shipping the customer picked at checkout. Shipments that already have labels are never changed.

Hide a checkout option, change its price, set a fixed price, or show no Parcello rates, when a cart matches your conditions: the destination, home or business, the subtotal, weight or number of items, product tags, collections, SKUs or customer tags. Book one UPS or FedEx pickup for everything waiting at a location that day from the Pickups card on the Orders page. UPS shows its pickup fee before you book, and FedEx checks that a courier can come. For USPS labels bought through Shippo, Parcello books a free USPS pickup through Shippo. Mark the locations where a carrier already stops every day.
