Returns and packing slips

Return labels and a packing slip for every box

Print a slip for each box, so the customer knows what's inside and how many boxes to expect. Create a return label from the original shipment when a customer needs one.

A packing slip for every box

Print Packing Slips gives you one page per box with the items in that box, product photos, and Box 1 of 3. When a product is split across boxes, the slip says which other boxes to look in.

Edit the slip

Change the billing address shown, leave it off for gifts, and write your own message. The ship-to address always matches the label.

Return labels

Create a return label from a shipped UPS, FedEx or Shippo shipment. The customer's address becomes the origin and your location the destination. Download it, or void it if it isn't needed. Carrier fees may apply.

On multi-box UPS shipments, each box gets its own return label. Return labels are for shipments within one country.

Returns from Shopify

On the Operations plan, Parcello can create the return label as soon as you approve a return in Shopify, and Shopify emails it to the customer. A return label you start in Parcello asks which items are coming back and why, and opens the return in Shopify.

Print labels your way

Send thermal labels straight to a Zebra printer, or print them on half-sheet label paper or plain letter paper. Choose the label paper for each carrier and print a test label to check it.

Questions

What paper do packing slips use?

Packing slips are letter-size pages, one page per box, made for a laser or inkjet printer.

Can I cancel a return label?

Yes. Void it from the order page, and create a new one later if the customer needs it.
