- Return labels, international customs declarations and signature
- Shipping insurance on labels bought through Shippo, if you add it

Estes
Enter your MyEstes username, password and Estes account number.
- Live tracking for PRO numbers on every plan
- LTL freight quotes at your account's prices at checkout, on the Freight plan
- Bills of lading and pickups for shipments within the United States, on the Freight plan
Tracking for everything else
Estes Forwarding Worldwide shipments get live status with no account needed. USPS and the other carriers Shopify tracks get their status from Shopify's own tracking, and so do UPS and Estes shipments until you connect those accounts. Anything else links to a tracking page.
Questions
Does Parcello sell postage?
No. You ship on your own carrier accounts, or on your Shippo account, and they bill you directly. Parcello's plan price doesn't change with how many labels you print.
Can I use more than one carrier?
Yes. Connect as many as you use, set a store default, and choose a different carrier for any product. Orders that mix carriers are split into one shipment per carrier.
What about carriers Parcello doesn't connect to?
Fulfillments you add in Shopify with any carrier show on the Tracking page. USPS and the other carriers Shopify tracks get their status from Shopify's own tracking, Estes Forwarding Worldwide shipments get live status with no account needed, and anything else links to a tracking page.
