International

International labels with the paperwork done

Parcello fills the customs form from the boxes on the shipment, sends it to the carrier electronically, and prints a copy for the box.

Customs forms filled from the order

Each international shipment gets a customs form with a row per product. Description, quantity, value and weight come from the order and its boxes. You add the tariff code and country of origin, and Parcello won't create the label until the form is complete.

Commercial invoice or pro forma

Pick the invoice type and the reason for export: sale, gift, sample, return, repair and more. Parcello makes the invoice as a PDF and keeps it with the shipment.

Sent electronically

UPS and FedEx labels carry the customs data electronically, so customs has it before the box arrives. Print the invoice and attach it to the outside of the box as a backup.

USMCA certificate of origin

For shipments between the United States, Canada and Mexico, add a USMCA certificate of origin, signed with your typed name, with a preference criterion for each product.

Duties and taxes

Choose who pays duties and taxes: the recipient or you. The incoterm on the invoice follows your choice, DAP or DDP. Add your EIN to the location, and the importer's tax ID when you have it.

EU product identifiers

Consumer shipments to the European Union carry the product identifiers EU customs asks for. Parcello sends them to FedEx and prints them on its invoice.

Through Shippo too

International labels bought through Shippo carry a customs declaration, and Shippo's commercial invoice is saved with the shipment.

Questions

Which carriers can I use for international labels?

UPS and FedEx on your own accounts, and the carriers you use through Shippo.

Do I need to set up paperless invoices separately?

No. Parcello sends the customs data with the label request, so there is nothing extra to set up in Parcello.
