Shipping that fits how your products are built

Parcello started with a store whose products ship in several boxes. These are some of the shapes it handles today.

Carton packs

Drinks sold in 4, 8 and 12 packs

A drinks brand sells its flavors in 4-packs, 8-packs and 12-packs. Its mailers hold one, two or three cartons, and a customer can mix flavors and pack sizes in one order.

With carton families, Parcello counts cartons instead of packs and spreads them across the mailers. Four cartons ship as two mailers of two, five as three and two, and different flavors share a mailer. The smallest mailer is marked as a last resort, so it is used only when nothing else fits.

Products in parts

Prize wheels that ship in several boxes

A prize wheel maker sells wheels whose wheel and stand ship in separate boxes, and the box set changes with the wheel's size and stand. Each variant carries its own set of boxes.

Every order arrives packed with the right boxes for each wheel. Checkout rates price all of them, each box gets its own label and packing slip, and the tracking page follows every box.
